A Just Because.......

layout of my precious girl. There is quite a bit I like from the latest CHA but I have also felt the need to use up some of my stash, so I have been good and doing just that.....LOL!!! This is a layout I felt like doing just because, no challenge, no requirements, just some playing :)



A quick and simple layout with some fussy cutting, hand and machine stitching with some gorgeous butterflies.

A Little Gift......

My DD has been blessed with such a lovely teacher this year and she asked me to make something special for her teachers birthday, I shared this on Lime Tarts blog this week, sorry I have posted this a bit late.



Her teacher loved it and my DD was so proud of it, bless her little heart!!



I would also like to enter this in Whiff of Joy Challenge #100 - Anything Goes.

No More Photo's!

While snapping away, Conner finally had enough and protested........'no more photo's'!!! I am sure many of you have had your kids do the same...LOL. I used Bo Bunny's sketch and pretty much stuck to it but stitched a circle instead of the square.

I used Bo Bunny Cambridge papers with some Prima flowers, a Kaisercraft brad, Purple Pumpkin button, stitched a tag and used some Dusty Attic chippies. Lots of machine and hand stitching with distressing - two of my faves!

Now my chippies took alot of 'abuse', I inked, heated, painted, glimmermisted until I got the right colour and then finished them off with some crackle accents and a bit of gesso once dried.

I used Cosmo Cricket Circa papers again, a Purple Pumpkin button and a crotchet flower from Lime Tree. Its a LO of hubby and I with some dear friends, we miss them still so much, moving does have some down sides :(

Sweet Arden again!

I love this stamp by Sweet Pea Stamps, her name is Arden and I think she is just beautiful. I coloured her with Copics, used some G45 Steampunk papers, a flower and a DA chippie to finish her off, oooh don't forget some Distress stickles to add some magic and sparkle!

Something a little bit different for me, I used the journal cards and basically scrapped them seperately.

Rain, rain go away.......

It has rained ALL week, didn't think I would say this but I've had enough now and can't wait for some sunshine!

I played with some Crate paper and had a go at their colour challenge this week, this photo is not the best but this weather has not being playing nice with my photography skills....LOL :)

Miss Bessie Lulu

I loved this Stamping Bella stamp from Lime Tart as soon as I saw her, isn't she sweet? Bessie Lulu is currently sold out but Philippa has more coming in, here is my card.

Prima Yumminess!!!

Been another busy week and I am so happy its Friday tomorrow :) Thought I would share two LO's I did, the first is Prima's February BAP.

Their Palette Pick for February, was gorgeous with all the shades of pink and a bit of red so I pulled out my stash and found lots of pink :)

Its a new month
