Lets Get Shabby
I have made it with a few hours to spare, here is my layout based on Lets Get Shabby Challenge this month - #34 'Repeated Geometrical Shape Pattern'.
I used a Crafter's Workshop template and inked with Distress Ink - Brushed Corduroy to create the diamond shape in the background.
And look, even my jumper has the same geometrical shape! This is a pic of hubby and I with very dear friends of ours, even though we moved and live so far away we still miss them so much!
Some close ups.....
The papers are Glitz Design Happy Travels, some Dusty Attic Chipboard peeking out behind the photo and the little bird, they have been inked, sprayed and some gesso to get the effect I was finally happy with. Flowers are a mixture of Prima, Graphic 45 and some old Kaisercraft flowers from my stash. The lace I think is Prima, the leaves are a Die-namics die and I have used green card stock and inked the edges, the twine is from Whiff Of Joy. And then I lightly brushed the cluster with some gesso.
Thanks for stopping by and for your lovely comments!
