SBM Celebrate Competition

Nope, I didn't win but still super happy making the top 20 and having my layout displayed at the expo. I have seen some of the other layouts around and I am super honoured to have been amongst some super talented ladies!! So without further delay, here it is...............

Aussie Scrapjack

Back again........this is my layout for this month's Aussie Scrapjack, I jacked the fabulous Peg Hewitt.



And how gorgeous are these Dustic Attic chipboard, take a closer look

This is their hanging sign and the little bird at the bottom is also Dusty Attic, I kept it the natural chippy colour and just added some crackle accents and finished them off with some Distress Ink brushed corduroy. These chippys are like chocolate, once you have had, you want more............LOL.

Ok, so I have been a bit absent of late but have just been busy with the usual daily happenings. I have a quick share, my take on The Color Room #9 from last week.



I love challenges because most times I have to dig through my stash which is great to use up but what a mess my scrapping spot is afterwards!!

So thats it, quick as I said but I will be back in the weekend, have a fab day!!!!

Grinner & a share!!!

Well remember my previous post 'Pretty Little Girl', it was named May's grinner at Aussie scrapjack!
And I even managed to do #8 pallete at The ColorRoom, loved the colours and sketch this week.

I loved the end result of this layout and my gorgeous girl! Lots of flowers and fussy cutting but that is one of my favourite techniques, can spend hours cutting....LOL
