Back again.........

With some more to share, I have been pretty busy this month - catching up on my lost time...........LOL. So I entered some challenges at Dusty Attic this month, you gotta love their chippies :)

A card and how cute is that stamp?

LO for the sketch challenge - lots of fussy cutting here!

I had started this LO last month for one of the challenges at Scrap the Boys but with all the drama I had, I only got around to finishing it this month. Sorry about the pic but I could just not get a decent pic, must be all this sun we are having at the moment - summer is here!

Last night I had some free time so I decided to do a long overdue thank you gift, so I made this journal with the dress form chippie. I still have a couple of more to do and DD has put in a order for one too :)

Thank you for popping by :)

Cyber Crop

Last weekend Scrapbookingstock had another cyber crop, I joined in the fun so I thought I would share what I got up to.
The first challenge was a sketch and/or use the colours black, white and teal. I didn't use the sketch and somewhere along the line some blue crept in......I searched through my stash but not much teal there and my scrap room was in a huge mess...........LOL.

A travel LO. I used their September kit for this one.

A spring theme with lots of flowers, trees, birds etc.

Ok, so I am a slow scrapper but I am ok with this because I enjoy the whole process of creating! So there were two more challenges, doodling was one and the other was a christmas card. For the doodling a did a card (quick & easy) and did a quick and simple christmas card!

The kids are on holidays and the weather is nice and hot so perfect for being outdoors, hopefully I can get some nice pics of them. Hope you are all having a fantastic week and thanks for stopping by!!!!

'GADGET BOY'

The second challenge this month at Scrap the Boys was 'Metal'. I immediately thought of my youngest DS who LOVES all gadgets!!! He takes after his dad here, they both are drawn to all sorts of mechanical devices. Their eyes get big, their faces light up - kinda like me with scrapbooking......LOL!!!
And I had just received my Graphic45 Steampunk papers - what a perfect match :)

I had quite a bit of journalling I wanted to include so I used a Maya Road envelope, lots of cutting, some Dusty Attic cogs and finished it off with some metal embellies that have been in my stash for ages.

I had so much fun with this LO and the colours of Steampunk are gorgeous!!! Its the weekend.....YAY....hope you all have a fab weekend and thanks for stopping by..

My Minds Eye.....

I've been scrapping this weekend and joined in the fun at My Minds Eye, this is my take on their sketch

The journaling says 'Thank you for being such a sweet daughter' and I really am blessed to have such a sweet girl!!!
I even managed to make a quick card based on the sketch - still loving my Copics!!!

I will be back with some more shares, I was a very busy girl over the weekend but I have to go and pick up after the kids now....they are on holidays and there is stuff everywhere!!!!
Thanks for popping by and have an awsome week :)

'Scrap the Boys'

The first challenge this month at Scrap the Boys is scrapping about a nickname. So I did a LO of my eldest son, Jayden who has been stuck with the nickname of 'Louis' since he was a baby!

I realised that all the challenges I have done for Scrap the Boys have all been of Jayden, but my youngest hasn't really got a nickname so the next one will be of Conner!!

Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend and thanks for stopping by!!

I've been busy!!!!!

I have finally got something to share! After giving my scrapping spot a major clean over I sat down and had a play with some of the kits from Nicole from Scrapbookingstock (will share the LO's later). First up is some cards.....

I used some Basic Grey papers with my Magnolia stamps (you can get these from Nicole too) and of course my Copics! Isn't she too cute???

The weather here is perfect for scrapping so hopefully I will be back soon to share some more and thank you for popping by!

What a month!!!

I am still here but what a month we have had.......we have had family staying with us, DD's birthday, no internet connection for 3 weeks and a week fulled with doctors and hospitals!
All this happened the weekend of DD birthday party but we still went ahead (with some help from some friends!)so I thought I would share a pic of her cake, this is probably the only creative thing I got around to doing this month! A close up......

Sorry about the dodgy pic but it was a hectic time, I had a look and this was the best :(
So nothing on the scrappy side, started two LO's but haven't got around to finishing them so I thought I would share a LO I did last month using Bo Bunny Petal Pushers.

I have alot of scrapping goodness to play with from Nicole at Scrapbookingstock, so I can't wait for the weekend. Scrapbookingstock are celebrating their first birthday and have an awsome month planned so pop over and join in the fun and specials!!!!

Will be back with a LO to share, take care!!!
