I Scrapped!!!

Its been a while since I have scrapped a layout so this weekend I sat down and scrapbooked :) I used the sketch at Get Picky from their current sketch challenge and I make it in time to enter my layout. Now the photo's of my daughter aren't the best, her little face is dirty and they were taken with a really old camera but I love the sweet moment it captures.



I almost didn't share this with you, am not too sure about this layout with the busy background paper, its gorgeous but I usually use a plain/simple background, anyway here it is. And here are some close ups of my fussy cutting and title.





I got some more gorgeous inspiration today in the form of a pizza box. My July kit from Lime Tart arrived today, here is a sneak peek of the kit, I get to play with the Half Tart this month.

    Oh Col! Your daughter and l/o are both gorgeous. I love the fussy cutting :) Those new LT kits look pretty nice too!

    Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! I know it's strange when you're not used to using patterned backgrounds, but this is NOT too busy IMO, it's perfect! :) Love the flower macro-shot and the amazing fussy-cutting of that G45 paper...awesome.
