Lessons Learned

The theme this month for My Minds Sketch Challenge is 'lessons Learned', this got me thinking about alot of things. From the things my parents taught me to the things I am teaching my own children and one of the biggest lessons I think I can teach my children, is PERSEVERANCE. This will always benefit them in all that they do and teach them to not give up! These pics are of my DD when she was younger on holiday, it was her first holiday she was riding her bicycle without training wheels......perseverance = success !!!!!

I pretty much stuck to the sketch, I just shrunk it a bit.......LOL!!! And here is a close up....

I quickly snapped pics of this LO this afternoon before we had some major rain - I love the smell and sound of the rain!
Thanks for popping by!!

  6. Hi Colleen, sorry I have to answer you here as I couldn't find your email anywhere on your blog. In regards to your question about the blinkie, just wanted to double check that you are adding html/javascript under gadgets. If so and it still isn't working, the only other thing I can suggest is to right click on the image on our blog, save it to your computer and then add it as a gadget and add picture. That should work. Give it a go and let me know if you're still having problems with it. cheers, Tanya
